gisele-lizee Gisele has a Diploma in Bio-Chemistry and Biology, and has worked as a Micro-Biologist in Switerzland and Canada. Now, after practising Massage for 15 years, Gisele is a Holistic Reflexologist.

Reflexology feels good, but this treatment is far more than just a food massage. The session starts with a brief consultation regarding your health and llifestyle. Then it is followed by hot towels and essential oils to the feet. Gisele combines accupruse on meridians to feet, arms, hands and face for a complete body balance.

After a Reflexology session, people feel a signifant increase in their vitality, clarity and wellbeing.

Gisele also offers the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as the “tapping technique”. This technique is recommended for emotional issues, unresolved traumas, relationship problems and painful memories.

Kinesiology uses manual muscle testing to locate physical and emotional stress. Starting as an offshoot of Chiropractic, Kinesiology now also relies heavily on concepts from traditional Chinese Medicine.

Through manual muscle testing, the kinesiology practitioner can locate where in the physical body the stress for a particular issue is located. The practitioner will then clear the stress with a range of techniques, such as stimulating acupressure points, flower essences, sound, verbal affirmations or by holding or gently rubbing specific points on the body.

Kinesiology is great for:

  • Allergies. For example, milk, tomato and wheat allergies
  • Sugar Cravings
  • Overcoming shyness
  • Making the connection between reoccurring behaviour patterns and their underlying thoughts, feelings and emotions
